- Combine all ingredients for chicken meatballs in a mixing bowl and mix well until all are evenly combined.
- Preheat a medium cooking pan over medium heat.
- Roll the mixture into 1-inch diameter meatballs and add them to the hot pan with vegetable oil. Cook covered for about 7 minutes, then turn them over.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together all ingredients for teriyaki sauce until well combined. Pour this mixture into the pan with your nearly cooked meatballs.
- Continue cooking until the meatballs are fully cooked through, absorbing all that delicious teriyaki flavor.
- Remove the cooked meatballs from the pan and set aside while you simmer the teriyaki sauce until some liquid has reduced and thickened slightly.
