Ingredients
  

Chicken
  • 4 pieces chicken breasts boneless and skinless
Marinade
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
Jalapeno Peach Sauce
  • 2 cups fresh peaches peeled and diced
  • 1 medium jalapeno seeded and chopped
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon lime juice

Method
 

Prepare the Marinade
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  2. Add chicken breasts to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
Make the Jalapeno Peach Sauce
  1. In a blender, combine diced peaches, jalapeno, honey, apple cider vinegar, and lime juice.
  2. Blend until smooth. Adjust seasoning if necessary.
Grill the Chicken
  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Remove chicken from the marinade and place on the grill.
  3. Grill for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
Serve
  1. Once the chicken is cooked, remove from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes.
  2. Serve the grilled chicken topped with jalapeno peach sauce.

Notes
