Prepare the Marinade

- Add chicken breasts to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
Make the Jalapeno Peach Sauce
- In a blender, combine diced peaches, jalapeno, honey, apple cider vinegar, and lime juice.
- Blend until smooth. Adjust seasoning if necessary.
Grill the Chicken
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Remove chicken from the marinade and place on the grill.
- Grill for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
Serve
- Once the chicken is cooked, remove from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes.
