  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • 4 units burger buns
  • Lettuce for topping

Cooking Instructions
  1. Chop chicken breasts into smaller chunks for easier blending.
  2. In a food processor, combine chicken, garlic, oregano, feta cheese, panko breadcrumbs, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Pulse until well blended.
  3. Shape the mixture into four equal patties about ¾ inch thick.
  4. Preheat grill to medium-high heat (375°F/190°C) and lightly grease grates.
  5. Grill patties for 5-7 minutes per side until golden brown and internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  6. Serve on buns with desired toppings.
