- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until cooked through (7-10 minutes). Drain excess fat; season with salt and pepper.
- Stir in marinara sauce and simmer for 5 minutes.
- In a greased baking dish, layer half the meat sauce, followed by lasagna noodles, dollops of ricotta, mozzarella, and finish with the remaining meat sauce. Top with mozzarella.
- Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake an additional 15 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
- Let rest for 10 minutes before serving.
