Cooking Instructions
  1. Rinse pearl couscous under cold water until clear.
  2. In a pan over medium heat, add olive oil and sauté minced garlic for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Stir in rinsed couscous and toast for 3-4 minutes until golden brown.
  4. Add vegetable broth and lemon juice; bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 10-12 minutes until cooked.
  5. Remove from heat, mix in parmesan cheese and lemon zest until creamy. Season to taste.
  6. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
