Cook Quinoa

- Remove from heat and let it sit covered for 5 minutes. Fluff with a fork.
Grill Steak
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Season the steak strips with salt and pepper.
- Grill the steak for about 3-4 minutes on each side until cooked to your desired doneness.
- Remove from grill and let rest for a few minutes before slicing.

- In a mixing bowl, combine cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red bell pepper, kalamata olives, and feta cheese.
- In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper.
Assemble Bowl
- In each serving bowl, layer quinoa, grilled steak, and the vegetable mixture.
- Drizzle the dressing over the top and serve immediately.
