  • 1/4 cup All-Purpose Flour
  • 2 cups Milk Whole
  • 2 cups Cheddar Cheese Shredded
  • 1 cup Monterey Jack Cheese Shredded

Toppings
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs Panko preferred
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese Grated
  • 4 slices Bacon Cooked and crumbled

Cook Pasta
  1. In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add elbow macaroni and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Make Cheese Sauce
  1. In the same pot, melt butter over medium heat. Whisk in flour and cook for 1-2 minutes until golden.

  2. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish. In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese, then sprinkle over the top.
  3. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 20 minutes until golden and bubbly.
Serve
  1. Remove from oven, top with crumbled bacon and chopped green onions. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
