  • 1 ¾ cup old-fashioned oats Provides crunchy texture

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, light brown sugar, cinnamon, and butter until it resembles coarse crumbs.
  3. Mix in oats until evenly combined.
  4. Butter an 8x8 baking pan and combine peaches with sugar, flour, cornstarch, and salt.
  5. Pour the peach mixture into the baking pan and sprinkle the oat topping over it.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes until lightly browned on top, then serve warm.
