- Preheat your oven to 400°F.
- In a mixing bowl, combine flour, light brown sugar, cinnamon, and butter until it resembles coarse crumbs.
- Mix in oats until evenly combined.
- Butter an 8x8 baking pan and combine peaches with sugar, flour, cornstarch, and salt.
- Pour the peach mixture into the baking pan and sprinkle the oat topping over it.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until lightly browned on top, then serve warm.
