  • 8 oz egg noodles

Method
 

  1. Season chicken breasts generously with salt and pepper.

  4. Pour in chicken broth, scraping any brown bits from the pan. Add egg noodles and ensure they are submerged in liquid. Cover and simmer for 10–12 minutes until noodles are tender.
  5. Stir in heavy cream and lemon juice to create a creamy sauce.
  6. Mix in chopped parsley before serving hot.
