- Rub olive oil over each chicken breast generously and coat evenly with the spice mixture.
- Heat a skillet over high heat until smoking hot. Add olive oil and sear each chicken breast for about 5 minutes on each side until beautifully charred.
- Once cooked through (approximately 7-8 minutes total), remove from heat and drizzle lemon juice over the chicken.
- Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
