Ingredients
  

Cocktail Base
  • 2 cups fresh pineapple chunks frozen can be used for a slushier texture
  • 1 cup coconut cream can substitute with coconut milk for a lighter version
  • 1 cup white rum adjust to taste
  • 1/2 cup ice more for a thicker consistency
Garnish
  • 4 slices pineapple for garnish
  • 4 cherries maraschino cherries for garnish

Method
 

Blend Ingredients
  1. In a blender, combine the fresh pineapple chunks, coconut cream, white rum, and ice.
  2. Blend on high until smooth and creamy.
Serve
  1. Pour the blended mixture into chilled glasses.
  2. Garnish each drink with a slice of pineapple and a maraschino cherry.
