Ingredients
  

Fruits
  • 1 cup Pineapple chunks Fresh or canned
Liquids
  • 1 bottle White wine 750ml, dry or semi-sweet
  • 1 cup Coconut rum Optional for extra coconut flavor
  • 1 cup Pineapple juice Freshly squeezed for best flavor
  • 1 cup Soda water To top off
Sweeteners
  • 2 tablespoons Agave syrup Adjust to taste
Garnishes
  • 1 cup Fresh mint leaves For garnish
  • 1 slices Lime For garnish

Method
 

Prepare the Sangria
  1. In a large pitcher, combine the pineapple chunks, white wine, coconut rum, and pineapple juice.
  2. Stir in the agave syrup until well mixed.
  3. Cover the pitcher and refrigerate for at least 4 hours to allow the flavors to meld.
Serve the Sangria
  1. Before serving, add soda water to the pitcher for a fizzy touch.
  2. Pour the sangria into glasses filled with ice.
  3. Garnish each glass with fresh mint leaves and a slice of lime.

Notes
