Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup protein powder Chocolate or vanilla work well.
  • 1/2 cup nut butter Almond or peanut butter adds creaminess and flavor.
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup Natural sweetness that enhances the taste.
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats Provides texture and fiber.
  • 1/3 cup chocolate chips For a delightful chocolatey burst.
  • 2-4 tbsp milk Use regular or plant-based milk to achieve desired consistency.

Method
 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the protein powder and rolled oats. Whisk them together until well blended.
  2. Add the nut butter and maple syrup to the dry mix. Stir until you achieve a smooth mixture.
  3. Gradually mix in the milk, one tablespoon at a time, until you reach a dough-like consistency.
  4. Gently fold in the chocolate chips.
  5. Taste your creation and adjust sweetness by adding more maple syrup or chocolate chips if desired.
