Baking Process

  4. Add the pumpkin and egg to the butter-sugar mixture; mix until smooth.
  5. Gradually fold in the dry ingredients until just combined.
  6. Scoop tablespoon-sized amounts of dough onto lined baking sheets.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until edges are golden; centers should remain soft.
