Ingredients
  

Raspberry Margarita Ingredients
  • 2 cups fresh raspberries plus extra for garnish
  • 1 cup tequila preferably silver
  • 1/2 cup lime juice freshly squeezed
  • 1/4 cup orange liqueur such as Cointreau or Triple Sec
  • 2 tablespoons simple syrup adjust to taste
  • 1 cup ice crushed or cubed
  • coarse to taste salt for rimming glasses

Method
 

Prepare the Glasses
  1. Rub the rim of each glass with a lime wedge and dip into coarse salt to coat the rim.
  2. Set the glasses aside to dry.
Blend the Ingredients
  1. In a blender, combine the fresh raspberries, tequila, lime juice, orange liqueur, simple syrup, and ice.
  2. Blend until smooth and well combined.
Serve the Margarita
  1. Pour the raspberry margarita mixture into the prepared glasses.
  2. Garnish with additional raspberries on top.
  3. Serve immediately and enjoy!
