Ingredients
  

Stuffing
  • 8 pieces Medjool dates pitted
  • 4 oz goat cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup walnuts chopped
  • 1 tbsp honey for drizzling
  • 1 tbsp fresh rosemary chopped
Garnish
  • 1 tbsp balsamic glaze for drizzling

Method
 

Prepare the Dates
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Slice the pitted dates lengthwise to create an opening for stuffing.
Make the Filling
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the goat cheese, chopped walnuts, honey, and rosemary.
  2. Mix until well combined and creamy.
Stuff the Dates
  1. Stuff each date with the goat cheese mixture.
  2. Place the stuffed dates on a baking sheet.
Roast the Dates
  1. Roast in the preheated oven for 10 minutes, or until the dates are warm and slightly caramelized.
Serve
  1. Drizzle with balsamic glaze before serving.
  2. Enjoy warm as an appetizer or snack.
