Ingredients
  

  • 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts about 1.5 lbs
  • 2-3 pieces chipotle peppers in adobo sauce chopped
  • 2 tbsp fresh lime juice
  • 1 tbsp raw honey
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • to taste salt
  • to taste pepper

Method
 

  1. In a bowl, combine chopped chipotle peppers, lime juice, and honey. Pour over chicken breasts and marinate for at least 30 minutes.

  3. Sprinkle garlic powder, cumin, salt, and pepper over the chicken. Stir occasionally for an additional 3-5 minutes until well combined.
  4. Slice the chicken into strips or serve whole with rice or salad. Drizzle with reserved marinade or sauce if desired.
