Ingredients
  

Dip Base
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt plain, non-fat
  • 1 cup sour cream light
  • 1 packet taco seasoning low sodium
Toppings
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes fresh
  • 1 cup black beans canned, rinsed and drained
  • 1 cup shredded reduced-fat cheese
  • 1/2 cup sliced black olives optional
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions for garnish
Serving
  • 1 bag tortilla chips for dipping

Method
 

Prepare the Dip Base
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, sour cream, and taco seasoning. Mix until well combined.
  2. Spread the dip base evenly in a serving dish.
Add Toppings
  1. Layer shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, black beans, shredded cheese, and olives on top of the dip base.
  2. Sprinkle chopped green onions on top for garnish.
Serve
  1. Serve immediately with tortilla chips for dipping.
