Method
Prepare the Oven
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).
- Grease a muffin tin with cooking spray or oil.
Blend Ingredients
- In a blender, combine the beaten eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. Blend until smooth.
- Add in the cheese, spinach, and bell pepper, and pulse a few times to combine.
Fill Muffin Tin
- Pour the egg mixture into the prepared muffin tin, filling each cup about 3/4 full.
- If using, sprinkle the optional add-ins evenly over the egg mixture.
Bake
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the egg bites are set and lightly golden.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before removing from the muffin tin.
Serve
- Serve warm and enjoy your delicious egg bites!
