Method
 

  1. Prepare the Sauce: Start by mixing together soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, grated ginger, and red chili flakes in a bowl until well combined. This will be the flavorful base that coats your chicken and noodles.
  2. Coat the Chicken: Toss bite-sized pieces of chicken in cornstarch until they are evenly coated. This technique will help achieve that desirable crispy texture when cooked.
  3. Cook the Chicken: Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Once hot, add in the coated chicken pieces and cook until they turn golden brown and are fully cooked through, which should take about 6–8 minutes.
  4. Add the Sauce: Pour your prepared sauce over the cooked chicken in the skillet. Stir well to ensure all pieces are thoroughly coated, and let it simmer for about 1–2 minutes until it thickens slightly.
  5. Cook the Noodles: While the chicken simmers, cook your chosen noodles according to package directions in a separate pot. Drain them well once cooked, adding a splash of oil if desired to prevent sticking.
  6. Combine Everything: Add your drained noodles directly into the skillet with the sticky garlic chicken and sauce mixture. Toss everything together gently until well combined and heated through before serving it up hot!
