Ingredients

Pasta
  • 8 oz penne pasta or any pasta of your choice
Meat

Dairy
  • 1 cup heavy cream for creaminess
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese or your favorite cheese

Method

Cook the Pasta
  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the penne pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Cook the Beef

  3. Stir in the minced garlic and cook for an additional 1 minute until fragrant.
Combine Ingredients
  1. Reduce the heat to low. Stir in the heavy cream, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Let simmer for 2-3 minutes.
