Method
 

Baking and Rolling
  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, whisk eggs and sugar until pale and fluffy.
  3. Sift in flour and baking powder; gently fold until combined.
  4. Spread batter evenly on the prepared baking sheet; bake for 12-15 minutes.
  5. Cool for 5 minutes, then flip onto a powdered sugar-dusted towel and roll while warm.
Filling and Serving
  1. Whip heavy cream until soft peaks form; spread over unrolled cake followed by strawberries.
  2. Roll cake again without the towel, place seam-side down on a serving plate, and dust with powdered sugar before serving.
