Baking and Rolling
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, whisk eggs and sugar until pale and fluffy.
- Sift in flour and baking powder; gently fold until combined.
- Spread batter evenly on the prepared baking sheet; bake for 12-15 minutes.
- Cool for 5 minutes, then flip onto a powdered sugar-dusted towel and roll while warm.
Filling and Serving
- Whip heavy cream until soft peaks form; spread over unrolled cake followed by strawberries.
- Roll cake again without the towel, place seam-side down on a serving plate, and dust with powdered sugar before serving.
