Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Pat the chicken pieces dry and season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  3. Whisk together orange juice, soy sauce, honey, garlic, and olive oil in a bowl.
  4. Grease a roasting pan, arrange orange slices at the bottom, place chicken on top, pour marinade over chicken, and sprinkle thyme leaves.
  5. Roast in the oven for about 25 minutes, basting halfway through.
