Method
 

  1. Cook your rice or quinoa according to package directions in a separate pot or rice cooker.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, add olive oil until it shimmers slightly.
  3. Add the ground turkey into the hot skillet, breaking it apart with a spatula as it cooks. Sauté until it's evenly browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Once the turkey is browned, introduce the broccoli florets into the skillet. Stir them in well and sauté for an additional 3-4 minutes until the broccoli turns tender yet remains crisp.
  5. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, and sriracha until fully combined.
  6. Pour the prepared sauce over the turkey and broccoli mixture in your skillet. Stir well to ensure every piece is coated evenly before letting it simmer briefly.
