Ingredients
  

  • 4 fillets salmon 6 oz each
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Method
 

  1. Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, lime juice, minced garlic, and red pepper flakes until combined.
  3. Heat olive oil in a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering.
  4. Place salmon fillets skin-side down in the skillet and cook undisturbed for 4-5 minutes until golden brown.
  5. Flip the fillets carefully and pour half of the glaze over them. Cook for an additional 3-4 minutes until the glaze thickens slightly and clings to the salmon.
  6. Serve immediately, drizzled with any remaining glaze.
