Ingredients
  

Turkey and Stuffing
  • 2 cups cooked turkey shredded
  • 1 cup stuffing mix prepared
  • 1 cup cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup shredded cheese cheddar or mozzarella
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil for greasing
Tortillas
  • 4 large flour tortillas

Method
 

Prepare the Filling
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded turkey, prepared stuffing mix, and cream of mushroom soup. Mix well until combined.
  2. Stir in half of the shredded cheese into the mixture.
Assemble the Roll Ups
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spoon a portion of the turkey and stuffing mixture onto the center of the tortilla.
  3. Roll the tortilla tightly around the filling, tucking in the sides as you go.
  4. Repeat with the remaining tortillas and filling.
Bake the Roll Ups
  1. Grease a baking dish with olive oil and place the roll ups seam-side down in the dish.
  2. Top the roll ups with the remaining shredded cheese.
  3. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Serve
  1. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
  2. Slice each roll up in half and serve warm.
