Method
Prepare the Filling
- In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded turkey, prepared stuffing mix, and cream of mushroom soup. Mix well until combined.
- Stir in half of the shredded cheese into the mixture.
Assemble the Roll Ups
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spoon a portion of the turkey and stuffing mixture onto the center of the tortilla.
- Roll the tortilla tightly around the filling, tucking in the sides as you go.
- Repeat with the remaining tortillas and filling.
Bake the Roll Ups
- Grease a baking dish with olive oil and place the roll ups seam-side down in the dish.
- Top the roll ups with the remaining shredded cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Serve
- Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
- Slice each roll up in half and serve warm.
