Ingredients
  

Onion Rings
  • 2 large yellow onions sliced into rings
  • 1 cup almond flour for coating
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese for coating
  • 2 large eggs beaten
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Method
 

Prepare the Oven and Ingredients
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Slice the onions into rings and set aside.
Prepare the Coating
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  2. In another bowl, beat the eggs until well mixed.
Coat the Onion Rings
  1. Dip each onion ring into the beaten eggs, then coat with the almond flour mixture, pressing gently to adhere.

  1. Place the coated onion rings on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer.
