Method
 

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, spinach, cheddar cheese, breadcrumbs, onion, garlic, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and black pepper. Mix gently until evenly combined.
  2. Divide the mixture into 4 portions and shape them into patties that are about 1 inch thick.
  3. Heat a skillet over medium heat and drizzle it with olive oil. Cook the patties for 5-6 minutes per side or until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
  4. Transfer cooked patties to a plate and let them rest for a few minutes before assembling the burgers.
  5. Place the cooked patties on burger buns along with your favorite toppings such as lettuce or tomato slices. Serve immediately and enjoy!
