  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
  • 2 2/3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 3/4 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 4 XL chocolate bars (Hershey's or equivalent)
  • 16 ounces vegan marshmallow fluff

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, cream together softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add eggs one at a time and mix in vanilla extract until well combined.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together flour, salt, and graham cracker crumbs.
  5. Gradually combine dry ingredients with wet ingredients until fully integrated.
  6. Spread half the batter in a greased 9×13-inch baking dish. Layer with chocolate bars and spread vegan marshmallow fluff evenly on top.
  7. Crumble the remaining batter over the fluff layer.
  8. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown and set in the center.
  9. Allow cooling before slicing into squares.
