- Pat the chicken breasts dry and season both sides with salt and pepper.
- In a large skillet over medium-high heat, heat olive oil until shimmering. Add chicken breasts and sear for 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown. Remove from skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for about one minute until fragrant. Pour in white wine to deglaze the pan.
- Stir in chicken broth and let simmer for 5 minutes until slightly thickened. Gradually whisk in butter until creamy.
- Return the chicken to the skillet, sprinkle with chopped parsley, ensuring each piece is coated in the sauce.
- Serve hot over pasta or rice if desired.
