Baking Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the cake mix, water, eggs, and vegetable oil until smooth.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until creamy.
  4. Pour half of the chocolate batter into the prepared dish. Add dollops of the cream cheese mixture on top and swirl gently.
  5. Sprinkle chopped nuts and chocolate chips over the top layer.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean from the edges but slightly gooey in the center.
  7. Cool for about 10 minutes before slicing into squares.
