Method
Prepare the Oven and Pan
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the dry ingredients: flour, baking powder, and salt.
Mix Wet Ingredients
- In another bowl, whisk together the milk, egg, and olive oil.
- Stir in the grated zucchini and chopped green onions.
Combine Mixtures
- Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
- Fold in the shredded cheddar cheese.
Bake the Bread
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Cool and Serve
- Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
